Multiple Channeling of Same Person

There are a number of reasons. One (which doesn't apply here) is
"channel shopping". When someone doesn't like what they've been
told they go to another channel to try to get a more pleasing reading.

Most people's guides won't give a straight answer more than
once. If the person asking doesn't do a good job working with
the first answer, the next one is in the nature of a lesson.

Another reason is that not all channels get overleaves from the
Akashic Records. Some do it psychically. Many will get it from
the person's guides, essence or High Self.

Yes. The amount of effort they put into answering a question
depends on their vision of how serious the questioner is. If
the reason you want a set of overleaves is little more than
idle curiosity, you'll get a corresponding amount of effort in
digging them out.
